This episode is an overview of what this podcast is about and what my vision for this podcast is. I always thought about a way to influence and be a blessing to my generation and generations to come through leadership. With that said, this episode is my leap of faith to start in that process. My hope for this podcast is to build literate leaders with empathetic qualities and a broad perspective. Moreover, this podcast is one of my ways of giving back to my generations and the world at large. So, YOU who are reading this just know that I really appreciate and love you and wish the best for you and the people around you. I want you to know that you are valuable, YOU matter and you have amazing purpose within you. You have greatness within you, you ought to believe this just like you believe 1+1=2.
