we’ve gathered a few deep questions via pinterest to really get in depth. mental health is important, and it’s incredibly beneficial to tap in every once in a while!
i wouldn’t say i’m a negative person, but as anyone, there are some things i have some qualms about! let’s talk about them!
today, we celebrate the first birthday of this podcast! so in this episode, we go back in time and reflect over the past year!
we all inevitably go through things. some good, and some not so good. i wanted to talk about if distracting ourselves from any life hindrances is a valid coping mechanism, or if facing the issue head on is more beneficial in the long run.
for about 10 years of my life, all star cheerleading probably consumed 99% of it. every year i found myself saying, i don’t know if i want to do this again next year, but as soon as worlds and summit were over and tryouts rolled around, i was bright eyed and bushy tailed ready for yet another season. today we’re going to discuss whether or not this desire goes away and why cheerleaders continue until they physically cannot.

welcome to my yearly reflection. i did this last year right before i turned 21, and it truly helped me reflect on the lessons i’ve learned over the past year.
people have way too many preconceived notions about the idea of manifesting. it’s okay, i did too. i had no idea that manifestation was a simple psychological tactic to achieving your dreams, and ultimately changing your life. in today’s episode, we kind of delve into the manifestation of it all as we debunk limiting beliefs by replacing them with new ones.
hi i’m back. it’s been a hawt minute, but the entirety of this episode will encompass my reasoning as to why i’ve been MIA. spring is officially upon us and tis the season for changes, new beginnings, and optimism!! let’s touch base as we get back into the swing of things!
i briefly have touched on this subject in the past, but in today’s episode, i decided to do a bit more of a deep dive on self sabotage, as this is something that has played a huge role in my life in a negative way!
are you stuck in a toxic situation, environment, or circumstance? if so, i tried to offer my unprofessional, unsolicited advice with a few examples from my personal life.
2025 feels like it’s been an eternity already. this is me ranting and getting my emotions out, as we enter this transitional phase of our lives.

welcome back to the casual, chatty episodes!!in today’s episode, we discuss how perpetuating a victimizing, self deprecating mentality will ultimately lead to a conglomerate of unfortunate circumstances in a myriad of ways.
In today’s episode, we discuss hustle/productivity culture and how society has caused us to fully envelope this toxic mentality and way of life!
‘Tis the season to be grateful!!In today’s episode, we touch on very unique circumstances and/or tangible objects in which increase the quality of my life, allowing me to express immense gratitude!! Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate!!
We like to fall into the trap that is our own very thoughts. We’ll subconsciously, inadvertently attach to whatever hurts us and whatever simultaneously feels comfortable, even if that is self pity, self sabotage, and depression. Upon undergoing my independent self improvement journey, I’ve grown much more conscious and aware of these behaviors in not only myself, but other people as well. In today's episode, I am offering my very unprofessional, novice advice, with some tactics that I have personally used to help me be more conscious and aware of what I am thinking, and how to put a stop to any bad thoughts before it leads to an endless cycle of chaos.
have you also struggled with seasonal depression? same! however, it doesn’t have to be that way. we can enjoy this season by making the most of the daylight, and simultaneously partaking in habits and hobbies that feel cozy and bring us joy!
