When a man stops leading, he forces his female into leadership unwillingly. That can last for a little while, but then it starts to get ugly because she is not a natural leader. In this episode, Junior talks about why and how he left radio. You have to love doing something so much that you would do it for free. However, everything has its season. Sometimes you need to just walk away, even though you would really love to do it. You cannot experience the new thing until you shut the door on the old thing. You can’t keep hanging on, just because you love something or love working with someone. When you get to the point that you feel you’re being strung along, just let go, even though it’s hard to do. Letting go is the biggest lesson of our lives. We let go of elementary school, then we let go of high school, then we let go of college, then we let go of our children, then one day we’ll let go of the world. It’s different for everyone but learn when it’s time for you to let go of whatever you have to let go off. If you stay focused on your goals and put three things into practice, you will find that you have the ability within you to create things and opportunities for yourself.
