In this episode, Junior discusses how the younger generation is not happy with their predecessors, and how they are equipped to change the world, and as a result, the world is changing. Has 35 years of experience teaching children and adults, and has observed many facets of human development. Two of his suggestions are: empower the interests of children, then get out of their way. That is to say, allow them to space to grow with their interest. Empower rather than stifle. Enable rather than hinder. The children are in charge now and change being made. Not all of it will be good. But the world is evolving, and God is real.
