"Make sure that when you're overwhelming and feeling sorry for yourself, that is not the time to slow down. That's the time to plan and do more." I learned a lot of new information in this short podcast. I've read a lot about this common problem before ,though none of them has mentioned the differences between "being overwhelmed" and "real burnout". Thank you so much for creating this amazing podcast❤

All well and good but something always happens to de-rail your plans. Either you get sick or injured, or a family or friend event needs to happen at the same time. Once that happens, it's nearly impossible to get going again. Perhaps the trick is to make more realistic commitments and do them at a time that's less likely to clash with something else? I suppose that's why people run at 5am.
