Good morning, I am a bit confused now... Some of the examples you gave to illustrate "false" good ways to speak to ourselves seemed to me like bridge thoughts? Can they not be used in this context then? Thank you

I have a question about using the model. I have a 15yr old son with extreme behaviour issues and he is essentially verbally abusive on a daily basis. That is my circumstance. I have many thoughts about it...many which are not nice. I see that these thoughts create sadness, anger and frustration for me and the rest of my family and the action is usually yelling which causes the same result over and over and we dislike him. So how do I change a thought about someone who is nasty and awful to be around. How can you make that positive? Ideally you would remove a person like that from your life but unfortunately I can’t. Help!

Oh Brooke! Once again you have perfectly encapsulated what I've been feeling lately in myself, in our society, in our culture. A sure remedy for the divisiveness in America and the world right now would be to truly apply your teachings in this episode. Thank you!

Brooke is Soooooooo amazing! I've been listening to her for years and her podcast had had such huge impact in my life. It is my opinion that EVERYONE can gain value from what she teaches, regardless of whether they are interested in life coaching or not. I started from episode one (which I would suggest because it builds on itself) and listened to all of them until I got caught up to what she's releasing today. Now that I have, I look forward to her new podcasts to come out, but I've also gone back to the beginning and am listening to them all over again. We all have greatness in us. We can all achieve amazing results. And she can show you how to achieve them.

absolutely amazing. I love how you explain these concepts. you repeated the message several times which I think is so important as it's paramount to the basis of all change. it needs to be repeated so people can fully internalise the concept. thank you
