Hi Brooke! In this episode you encourage us to do a "thought download" but there is no explanation of what that is or how to do it. You also state you teach this in How to Solve Any Problem but I do not see that book available on the website. Can you please help! TY

Apparently no lastly! Lol. How do we develop neutral thoughts? It seems that the way our untamed brains work is to go from one extreme thought on the spectrum to another extreme thought on the opposite end of the spectrum. Creating neutral thoughts that lie in the middle is a new concept and it makes perfect sense. Since it HAS to be believable! If you could share how to create those neutral thoughts I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks again.

Lastly, how do we walk a client through the model in a session, from beginning to end? I am working on my financial goal of attending the LCS but in the meantime, how can I begin using this model w/ myself and clients? Thank you.

In this episode Brooke you mentioned the model is a culmination of different models. I'm curious, what models did you study to arrive at this particular model? Thank you!

Great information as always! My current epic fail is settling for a job that I am over qualified for and under earning because everyone keeps telling me that I need to have employment stability. So I have listened to them and my spirit is currently completely squashed. I am in the midst of trying to figure out because I am under earning how I am going to afford to go to a life coach school and I will not say that I don't know how I'm going to do it what I will say is I haven't figured it out yet! Many thanks! 🙏
