Hurricane Maria made landfall September 30, 2017, and while the extent of the damage is both clear and continues to unfold, we talk about how the refinancing of the rebuilding effort can take place, and what kind of US political will there is to make that happen. It seems like there may be many roads to Rome, but they all start unfortunately a little down the road as the humanitarian crisis becomes more prominent in the US press.  Do we need a larger, bigger FEMA?     There are larger issues in US Infrastructure that can be dealt with that would help close the deal on refinancing Puerto Rico. And how micro-grid solar may be the solution for puerto rico and it may not cost all that much more.
