On this podcast we explore ideas that will help you restore balance in your demanding lives, reignite your enthusiasm for your future, and the SPARKLE that's still inside. 


We will navigate the unique challenges we face in these roles, and will have a particular focus on creativity, proactive health and authentic self care and self love.
