It’s true, women in the breast cancer community are curious about strict, rule-based eating plans promising to provide optimal treatment outcomes or prevent recurrence. Not what you want from an eating plan, eh? In this episode, I explain why a “forever” eating plan, one that’s flexible, nourishing, and truly sustainable, is your key to eating with peace. . .forever. ______________________________________________________Click here to apply to my Peaceful Plate program! Get my FREE guide The Five Foods Survivors Should Eat; click here!Follow me on Instagram @hormone.breastcancer.dietitian

And the overwhelming (suffocating?) focus on breast cancer? It can be a bit much. Join me as I kick off the month of October with my take on pink, awareness, and where we as survivors find ourselves in all of the breast cancer month hoopla. If you’ve ever felt nervous, worried or panicked about your post-treatment diet, you’re on what I call the food fear continuum. If that sounds like you, what can you do?
