The Phillies might have the best rotation in baseball in 2025, if newly acquired left-hander Jesús Luzardo is healthy following an injury-plagued 2024. Luzardo spoke with Phillies reporters on Monday. Barring a miracle, Juan Soto isn’t signing with the Phillies.He has received multiple $600 million offers, according to Fair Territory’s Ken Rosenthal.
