It’s over. The Philadelphia Phillies lost the NLDS to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the most impossible way in Game 4 on Thursday at Dodger Stadium. Orion Kerkering got a ground ball back to the mound with the bases loaded and two outs in the 11th inning. He booted it. He panicked and he threw a ball over J.T. Realmuto’s head, when all he needed to do was throw the ball to first base to end the inning.

Now, the Phillies must try to pick up the pieces.
