My guest is Sam Hope—Director of the Forbes Club, an incredible young entrepreneur at just 22, and more importantly, my best friend.Sam and I have been through everything together, from extreme highs to crushing lows. Welcome to episode 36 of The Pocket with Chris Griffin! My guest today is Noah Rolette, one of the founders of Raw Dawg Run Club, a group that has taken the running world by storm. What began as a small, casual run among friends has quickly become one of the largest and most vibrant run clubs globally, known for its lively atmosphere and unique approach to fitness. In this episode, Noah opens up about the journey he and his best friends went through—from sharing a cramped room at his parents’ house, moving into a small, moldy flat, to suddenly blowing up on social media. In just over a year, they've transformed their lives, and the story of how they built Raw Dawg into a global movement is absolutely insane! Raw Dawg Run Club's philosophy of “raw-dogging life” resonates with many people who are tired of traditional gym culture. The name itself may seem provocative, but Noah explains that it represents a mindset of tackling life head-on without over-preparation. Their viral content on Instagram helped the club gain massive traction, resulting in thousands of people showing up to run at their club. It’s not just about running—it’s about building connections, staying healthy, and enjoying life with like-minded people. Welcome to episode 30 of The Pocket with Chris Griffin!I sit down with Timothy Smith today, the familiar face from Married at First Sight (MAFS), who shares a gripping and emotional journey that goes far beyond reality TV.Tim opens up about a time in his life when he was involved in illegal activities, including flying a helicopter without a license and trafficking weed from Canada into the U.S. His risky decisions caught up with him, leading to his arrest and time behind bars. But the challenges didn’t stop there. While in jail, Tim faced heartbreaking losses—his mother passed away, and soon after, his brother took his own life.Despite these devastating experiences, Timothy found a way to turn his life around. Appearing on Married at First Sight was one of those things that helped change the trajectory of his life.I loved this one. Shout out to my mum for telling me about Tim. She wouldn’t shut up about how amazing he was and that I had to have him on the show.Enjoy fam!Follow Tim here:https://www.instagram.com/timsmith_melbourne/Thank you to our sponsor of this episode: Switch NutritionView my Chris Griffin Collection Page below to grab some of the products that I love and take daily. You can use code CHRISGRIFFIN for 20% off!https://switchnutrition.com.au/collections/chris-griffin?rfsn=7921810.4c98a4Thank you to Whoop! If you want to take your health and fitness to the next level try Whoop for free today with my link below:https://join.whoop.com/chrisI am picking ONE of you to get a free band in whatever colour you want that orders their whoop with my link in the first 7 days of this podcast airing.Follow The Pocket on Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/thepocketpodcast/ Hosted on Acast.
