I'm not an expert, and I haven't been clinically diagnosed, but I've had my fair share of mornings waking up with a cloud of unease, wondering why. I've felt anxious, sending my mind spiraling out of control late at night, only to wake up feeling low. My experiences with these feelings have taught me valuable lessons. I can refer to these moments as depressing because they are experiences I've had. However, I don't dwell on these moments. I've realized that they occur for a reason, often preceding breakthroughs or breakdowns. These challenging times can be seen as mental attacks that come from someone or something that wants to see me fail.
