This is going be the first part of a mini series that I will be doing documenting my progress and process leading into the 2019 Granite Games. My teammates and I qualified for a team of 3 at the Granite Games this year through the online qualifier and I wanted to document the entire process leading into the competition. I will show my nutrition, training, and recovery and report in weekly with how all of those things are going.
