Are you a Strength & Conditioning  Coach in the private industry? No doubt you've worked with teams getting  a lump sum payment at end of season, paid ongoing rent to a facility  when you don't even have clients, or even worked at multiple locations  to support your business. Going Private II expands on the private health and performance industry and explores this exact topic. The good, the  bad, and the ugly of going private with experienced and young coaches  that tell it how it is. The Coaches Clint Hill - Independent Consultant: Insta @clint_hillstrength Klinton Hoare - Klinton Hoare Performance Coaching: Insta @klintonhoarepc Tiernan Gamble - (previously) The Movement Standard: Insta @tgamblee Mitch Greaves - Melbourne Fitness & Performance: Insta @mitchgreaves8 Jordi Taylor - Perspective Training: Insta @perspectivetraining Fraser Harrison - Your Performance: Insta @yourperformance
Working for a professional sports team seems to be the end goal for a  lot coaches entering the sports and exercise industry, yet less than 1%  of those coaches will work in it. This is despite the evidence from  prior coaches showing you can lose your job at the drop of a hat (when  there isn't a pandemic). National Training Organisations have less funding for athletes now  than in the past, and there is a growing demand for strength and  athleticism. Why isn't private industry part of the ultimate goal? Bringing together some of the best in the industry within the private  sector across Australia to talk the good, bad and the ugly of business  and startups in sports and exercise for a roundtable discussion.
