This is a terrible podcast. Contrary to your believe, sir, I was thrilled to find discussion on Micronitrients. You don't even comprehend that essential nutrients means essential to function, not essential that you physically consume it. A true disservice to the general pop who will be confused and misinformed after listening. I work in healthcare, and unfortunately would ask folks to think twice before trusting anything here. Very disappointed.
