Keshia Walker is an Atlanta-based event producer, who has built a long resume of well attended events all over the world. For the past 21 years, Keshia and her company, Insights Marketing, have produced a lineup of events in New Orleans during Essence Festival week culminating in the All-White Affair, an event which hosts many of the weekend's notable celebrities as hosts, and DJs from all over the country. While reviewing the Insights lineup for 2019, an event jumped off the page at me; there is a SECOND all-white party listed, "One Love, All-White Day Party" subtitled An LGBTQ Signature event. What is an LGBTQ signature event? I haven't seen this in previous schedules.  Why now?  Why you?  What's happening? So I asked, and I absolutely think it's the right move, and the right time. Here's what I learned... - Be Moore Host: Dr. Maurice Ellis Dolberry, A Line in the Sand Consulting Interviewer: Bryndan "Be" Moore Guest: Keshia Walker, Insights Marketing, InsightsEvents.com #TSFS #LGBTQ #LGBTevents #KeshiaWalker #FamuAlumni #EssenceFestival
Angelina Spicer has started a conversation on a very serious topic, in a very entertaining way. She’s a Los Angeles based wife and mom, who has had serious challenges with anxiety and anxiety following the birth of her first child. You’ve likely heard of postpartum depression before, but have you REALLY spoke with someone about how it felt? Angelina has taken things a step further and is having the conversation with dozens of people a night, through her comedy. On top of that, she’s working on bringing her stand up to life as a video documentary sharing the challenges of PPA and PPD with the universe. This is a fantastic episode filled with laughter and education, and it was a lot of fun to record. It’s also our first episode back recording The Super Fantastic Show since Dr. Ferguson’s challenges at home. (Can we get him to share more on that next?) We’re back. Light is one of the premier meditation teachers in the United States, recently celebrating the launch of his second book "Bliss More: How to Succeed in Meditation Without Really Trying." This interview is far more encompassing than just the book.  You'll get to know the man, as I have over the years. The jokes, the challenges and the inspirations are explored here.

I sat down for tea with the founder of Brooklyn Tea, Alfonso “Tito” Wright (if you ever meet him, ask him how he got the nickname Tito.) There’s a ton of great information in this episode as we address types of teas and their benefits, the drive behind the founding of Brooklyn Tea, how their teas compare to others on the market, and there MAY be a mention of Albee Square Mall and the Kung-Fu movie vendor. It’s a fun lesson tea that I think you’ll enjoy. -Be
I sat down with Maternal Wellness Consultant, and TSFS co-host Jada Wright Nichols to discuss the best nutrition for newborns. Jada was in town attending an international conference on the topic, so we headed over to Chapel Hill and sat in the beautiful amphitheater. Share this episode with moms-to-be. Let's get the best information in their hands. -Be
Some brands let partners take over their social media accounts for the day.  They post photos and check in at memorable places etc.  I let Chef Brent Hughes take over my KITCHEN for the afternoon. You may remember Chef Hughes (hughesfoods.com) from a previous episode of The Super Fantastic Show, as we discussed the inception of his art influenced dinner series, The Dopaliscious. This time he joins us to discuss his success, lessons learned, and the pop culture influences that move him creatively in the kitchen. This was a fun show recorded at my kitchen table. Take a listen.
This episode of The Super Fantastic Show is dedicated to the genius and royalty that are represented by the great talents of Kobe Bryant and Prince. Kobe Bryant, perennial all-star, Olympian, and 5 time NBA champion has retired from the Los Angeles Lakers. Prior to doing so, however, Kobe drained the coffers and went on a city to city Kobe-fest as he lead the Lakers to one of their losing-est seasons ever. As you can tell, this episode isn't your standard love-fest for the Black Mamba.  With respect and praise for his basketball career, Kobe has left some pretty big craters in his wake. We'll discuss them in this episode. The world has lost one of it's genius level musical talents prematurely in the passing of Prince, at the age of 57. Prince was too much to summarize in this simple post, so what we're able to discuss is the impact his music had on us, share a few funny stories, and celebrate his life. Press play, this is a fun episode.   **Caution**  There is some harsh language, so please consider the children.

Jaquy and I met on a nutrition and fitness panel discussion (NMDN) last summer and immediately hit it off.  She is a Holistic food healer and empowerment coach who specializes in helping those with eating disorders and food allergies, a vegan, and has been a contestant on "Chopped" on the food network. Though her resume is long and impressive, the bigger deal about Jaquy is that she is super generous with her time and attention.  Upon meeting, she makes you feel welcome, like it's important to her that YOU are acknowledged and welcome, which must make it easy for people to ask for her advice. She's qualified to share this discussion with me on healing because she herself has been healed.  Take a listen and you'll see what I mean. -Be
What does it take to become the BEST in the world at something? What mentality would someone in that position have, and at what age would we start to see that in our kids? This is the essence of my conversation with Kyle Gurkovich, inspired math teacher turned Guinness Book World Record holder... then did it TWICE. Kyle has worked together to raise money and awareness for cancer related charities after the loss of one of the students at his school to juvenile cancer.  Was he some sort of pull-up junkie who finally decided to put himself to the test? Nope. He saw an opportunity and went for it. So what prepared him for the challenge? Take a listen.
In this episode of The Super Fantastic Show, 4 old people, three of which are married, and one who is actively seeking a wife discuss sex and marriage. This is a very fun discussion with a lot of what people maybe typically would only discuss in the presence of very close friends.  So I guess, welcome to the friend circle :) This episode contains language and topics you don't want to play it in the presence of small children or you'll have some explaining to do. Have fun and let us know what you think. - - - Dr. Maurice Dolberry Dr. Rhadi Ferguson Jada Wright Nichols   Host: Be Moore
Coach Be was recently interviewed by 6th grader, Mason Meekins, as an assignment for his "Fit For Life" class. We found this interview to be pretty entertaining and probably answers a few questions that you didn't know you had about nutrition, fitness and athletic performance. -TSFS
So you think that you COULD stand to lose a few pounds.  You give the effort the requisite level of attention and maybe you make progress.  But often times LIFE HAPPENS, and things go back to normal. What happens, however, when the doctor says that you have to live differently OR ELSE?  That "or else" is a doozie, and is a game changer, isn't it? So what would make the difference when the stakes are higher?  If we aren't able to make the changes when things are "normal," what makes us think that we'll succeed when the situation has deteriorated to the point that there is an impending health crisis? Well, like it or not, this is a common situation and it's likely coming your way. Between the stats for Diabetes, Hypertension and Heart Disease, chances are that someone you care about will be facing the "change or else" challenge. What you learn here will help you prevent the latter. -Coach Be
Jada Wright Nichols is a lactation consultant, doula, occupational therapist, and a yoga instructor.  That means that she knows a heck of a lot about everything baby... academically, and discovering the realities one day at a time. She and her husband Ray were fit singles, but now as first time parents they've experienced the challenges in keeping it going.   In this episode, Jada will teach us a TON about breastfeeding, including how she overcame her personal challenges navigating the process, dealing with family, and getting it to all come together. Also, we'll talk about how the changes that come with a new baby for both mom and dad can impact how we relate, how we see each other, and how we se ourselves. Enjoy the show.
In this episode our guest is Dr. AnnMaria De Mars, Judo champion, educational game producer, and mother of four daughters including MMA fighter Ronda Rousey.
Author of Millennials Revealed, Tru Pettigrew is a 20 year veteran of brand marketing.   We'll discuss the impact Millennials have on the world economy, politics and businesses. We also touch on family topics including raising children during a time when police violence against citizens has been a major topic of discussion, as well as some conversation on effective wellness training.   Welcome to the show.

That's when we met. The rest is history. Press play.
