Christopher Dundy is the founder and CEO of Flagship LMS, a full-service Moodle hosting and administration company. With over 18 years in the e-learning industry, he has led the design and launch of more than 1,000 custom online training courses. A former U.S. Marine officer, Christopher brings a systems-driven, no-nonsense approach to business and training operations. His mission is to help organizations stop wasting money on bloated in-house training departments. Christopher frequently speaks on creating lean, strategic training teams that survive budget cuts, spotting bad LMS vendors, structuring LMS governance, and using training to drive measurable performance rather than just checking boxes. Topics he often addresses include: Stop building your training—start managing it Why in-house instructional design is often a waste of money The hidden costs of bad LMS vendors and how to spot them What great LMS governance looks like and why it matters From chaos to clarity: using checklists and Kaizen in training operations Why your LMS should support the entire employee lifecycle The real ROI of outsourcing: performance, not just savings Common misconceptions organizations have about online training Why authoring tools like Captivate and Storyline may be hurting your training—and what to use instead Chapters (00:00:00) - In the Elevator With Rashad Woods(00:00:26) - How to Build a Learning Management System(00:05:42) - Learning Management Systems: Differences in how people learn(00:07:33) - Did Your Deployment Overseas Help You?(00:09:58) - Should I Outsource My Learning System?(00:14:04) - The Future of Training(00:19:47) - On the Quality of Training(00:25:01) - LMS for Business: Industry-specific LMSs(00:27:35) - How to Talk to Christopher Dundee about Training(00:28:53) - Learning Management System, 13 of us(00:29:39) - Christopher Dundee on the Randomness of Nothing Podcast

Larry Oberheu is a passionate health freedom advocate and the founder of Fresh Mouth, a non-toxic, nano-silver-based oral care company that challenges the mainstream narrative surrounding fluoride, disease, and control. After leading one of the largest healthcare agencies in the United States, Oberheu uncovered a deeper truth: many chronic illnesses, neurological disorders, and energy imbalances originate in the mouth — and fluoride is not the solution, but part of the problem. He speaks to those who are awake, aware, and unwilling to accept deception. Featured on platforms such as Laura Eisenhower, Kerry Cassidy, Man in America, and Patriot Party Network, Oberheu explores how oral health connects to consciousness, sovereignty, and energetic alignment — and how modern dental care represents a subtle war on both biology and spirit. About Fresh Mouth Fresh Mouth is more than a toothpaste brand — it’s a tool for liberation. The company replaces fluoride with nano silver, a natural, bioelectric-friendly solution designed to cleanse the mouth, protect the oral biome, and support full-spectrum health — without the brain-dulling chemicals often found in conventional products. Through the Fresh Mouth Club subscription model, the company offers a complete oral reset system that includes antibacterial nano silver paste, UV-sanitized electric brushes, ozone and hydrogen therapy, and gum-healing swish blends.
