Description
Sometimes, life just flat out sucks and sometimes, life is great. Managing mental health can be a roller coaster, but it is important to know you are never alone. Hayley and Madalynn have been through a lot in their young lives, and want to share their experiences in hopes to help others suffering from pain, trauma, mental illness, or just a sucky day. May we bend, but never break.

In a very special episode, Hayley sits down with Pam Wiebelhaus, a licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience. They talk about the stigmas behind mental health and therapy, dealing with holiday depression, and resources for those new to the idea of therapy. A huge thank you to Pam for joining us. If you would like to learn more about her, Pam's Psychology Today page can be found here. Remember, it is okay not to be okay. May you bend, but never break.
