After a two-month break, the Unstoppable Dad Project podcast is back and from next week there will be a new interview-style format, that will alterante with some solo episodes. I have already recorded several interviews that will be released over the next few weeks.
During the break, Ireassessed my goals for the podcast and have been pursuing a diploma in counseling to offer a more holistic approach to coaching. 
This week I also discussed the importance of compassionate curiosity in overcoming resistance and taking action.
