We bring you episode 22 from our new studio, with the help of the guys at ZapCast!  We discuss everyone's favourite OnlyFans model, Belle Delphine, and the fact that she is a South African. On the topic of South Africans, we uncovered that Elon Musk's father has a bit of a disturbing past. We also touch on YouTuber, Connor Murphy, and his descent into madness as well as the insane Game Stop saga.
In our latest episode, we decided to put aside the planned topics of discussion and chose to just speak our minds instead. Our minds are clearly a bit dark and weird as we chat about everything from the illuminati, abortion, sex and ghosts, to current technology and safety measures on aeroplanes. Bizarre, but certainly entertaining.   We would love to hear your opinions on the various topics discussed in this episode. Leave a comment on any of our social media platforms and let's engage!   As usual, please don't forget to subscribe. For those of you who would prefer not to look at us, you can listen to the episode on Spotify here: https://t.co/HBCsgfBYIx?amp=1. Our episodes can also be found on all other podcast apps.
We are joined in this episode by 17 year old singer and song-writer, Josh Middleton. We chat about Josh's career and his incredible success at such a young age. Josh tells us some secrets about the South African music industry and what is required of an artist to make it big.   We move on to discuss the highly popular TikTok app, and President Trump's threats to ban same in the USA. We consider whether Trump has the power to ban the app, the consequences thereof, as well as the conspiracies behind the proposed ban.   Our girl, Britney Spears, has been in the news again. She is currently under conservatorship (curatorship) of her father due to varying mental illnesses. Jamie Spears presently controls all of Britney's finances and oversees most important decisions in Britney's life. This curatorship has been in force for many years and has now just been extended to 2021. There is much controversy surrounding the aforementioned, so we discuss whether Britney should be freed.   Make sure to follow Josh on all his socials as we expect big things from the young star. Don't forget to subscribe to our channel on YouTube as we will be releasing a (not) sexy calendar if we hit 1000 subscribers before the end of the year.
We are very lucky to have had the one and only, Shashi Naidoo, on our podcast this week. If you don't know already, Shashi is an actress, television presenter, model, MC, entrepreneur and fashion blogger. Oh, and also a doctor...   Shashi discusses her incredible and diverse career with us, after which she shares some insight into the modelling industry, both good and bad. We also chat about celebrities, the use of social media and the widely debated cancel culture.   We play a general knowledge drinking game towards the end of the episode, during which we quickly become hammered and slur our way into the conclusion of the episode.   Should you enjoy this episode, make sure to hit that subscribe button and tell your friends.  As always, this episode can also be found on YouTube and Apple Podcasts.
The Epstein scandal is so hot right now. As we all know, Epstein "killed himself" last year, however, only now has his partner in crime (so to speak) been arrested. Authorities tracked Ghislaine Maxwell to a quiet area in New Hampshire where she was subsequently arrested. She has been denied bail and is currently awaiting her day in court.  It looks like Maxwell may throw many big names under the bus in exchange for a more lenient sentence, provided she doesn't "kill herself" before then.  Some of Epstein and Maxwell's powerful associates include Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and Prince Andrew, to name a few, who have all been accused of sexual abuse/misconduct since the investigation of Epstein exploded.  If Epstein's death wasn't a suicide, who killed him? Was it the Queen to protect the Royal Family or was it the Clintons? Could it have been Donald himself? We dive deep into the scandal in this episode.   We swiftly move on to discuss the opening of gyms during lockdown, and discuss whether sufficient precautions could be taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We also have a look at the whole economic impact of the lockdown and the devastating effect it is having.   If you enjoyed this episode, make sure to hit us up on all socials and subscribe to our YouTube channel. Just a reminder that should we reach 1000 subscribers before the end of the year, we will make a sexy calendar featuring the three of us for all you lovely ladies and gentlemen.
We published a post on our Facebook page earlier this week about depression and anxiety during lockdown and how to cope with it. Unfortunately, in many cases, mental illness extends beyond lockdown and is a daily problem for millions of people. In this episode, we open up about our own struggles with anxiety and depression and encourage our listeners to do so too. It is not something over which you should suffer in silence. After all the sadness, we read some Reddit posts of "Am I the Asshole?" and decide whether the poster is, in fact, the asshole. Let us know if you agree with our decisions! A reminder that our episodes can also be found on YouTube and Apple Podcasts, and a whole bunch of other content can be found on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
After 100 days of lockdown, the wheels of the economy are starting to turn once again. Well, that is excluding the tobacco industry and any businesses associated therewith. The ban on the purchase and sale of cigarettes remains, despite the economy losing out on over 3 billion rand to date. Government has been hell-bent on irrationally limiting our rights in this regard, despite the rapidly increasing societal outrage. Why is the ban still in place? Is the government genuinely concerned about the health of its citizens or is this simply a power trip? The more concerning question is whether Dlamini-Zuma and company are receiving kickbacks from the illicit cigarette trade? We discuss all of the above and more (whilst trying to remain calm). We move on to a more humorous topic, namely the autonomous country of CHAZ (now called CHOP). Many of you will not have heard of this wonderful little country in the middle of Seattle, USA, so we shed some light on it. Run by a warlord, and blocked off to the outside world, CHOP is the place to be. Tune in and don't forget to hit us up on our social media pages!
In this episode, we are joined by Ryan Gibbons, South African professional cyclist and school friend to Fray and Mike. Ryan was meant to cycle the Tour de France this year, but due to this darn virus, it looks unlikely. Ryan educates us about cycling professionally and gives some insight as to how insanely difficult it is having such a career. We also touch on doping in the sport and life beyond cycling.  Ryan stays with us as we move on to discuss police brutality and the deaths of George Floyd and Collins Khosa. We conclude the episode by analysing lockdown and the (often irrational) regulations, and discuss whether we will ever be allowed to smoke cigarettes again. A big thanks to Ryan for pulling through.
TikTok has blown up everywhere around the globe, including South Africa. In order to keep up with current trends, we asked famous TikToker, Chane Grobler, to teach us all there is to know about the app.   To keep the discussion spicy, we treat ourselves to some chillies and jalapenos throughout the episode. Such a hot topic deserves some extra heat!   Listen, laugh, and follow Chane on all her socials, especially TikTok.  Also, remember to follow us:   https://www.facebook.com/theweeklyorder/   https://www.instagram.com/theweeklyorder/   https://twitter.com/TheWeeklyOrder
Before the Coronavirus destroys the world, make sure to check out our latest episode with the incredible bodybuilder, Sibu "The Kid Prodigy" Kotelo.   We were lucky enough to sit down with Sibu to discuss bodybuilding both nationally and internationally, as well as his insane dietary requirements, the road to Mr Olympia and much more.   The Kid Prodigy managed to make us all look small, except for Fray, who still looks fat (It's sad because I'm writing this). We, therefore, had to find out just what it takes to become that size and compete in these prestigious competitions.   Do not let his size scare you, as he is an incredibly nice guy. Tune in!
South Africa has been hit with the deadly, panic inducing Coronavirus. The severity of the virus is horrific according to the media, but the actual statistics tell a different story. Just how bad is the Coronavirus, and how concerned should we be?    We briefly move on to chat about the Cape Town fella who felt the need to pinch a waitress' bum whilst she was serving him, and the uproar that ensued. We also break down a story about an Australian lady who groomed a thirteen year old boy (who is still walking the streets), and discuss whether she should be in jail.    We move on to the death penalty and argue whether it should be reinstated in South Africa, and we conclude the episode with a game.
This week we are joined by Sam Wright, AKA Tech Girl, to discuss anything and everything about gaming and technology. She tells us about the games one should be playing and the consoles on which to play them. Sam further explains how the gaming industry works and what it takes to make it therein.   Luckily enough, Franco knows a bit about gaming because Fraser and Mike are clueless. After this episode however, we have all gained some insight. We will beat you at any game.   Make sure to follow Sam on all the relevant social media platforms!
We had the pleasure this week of having Sabelo "DJ Sabby" Mtshali on our show. You may know him as a radio host, TV presenter or the guy who likes cars, but the man is much more than that.   We chat to DJ Sabby about his early life and how he got into the radio business. We also discuss his current projects as well as his future plans, whilst ensuring that we talk some quality kak in between.  The episode finishes off with an epic drinking game, involving some tough questions and straight whisky shots.   Tune in on Youtube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts for some decent content, and don't forget to share, subscribe, comment, send nudes etc.
To say that 2020 started off badly is an understatement of note. We had the Australian fires, the start of World War 3, the Coronavirus, and various untimely deaths. Therefore, we decided to discuss the aforementioned, which left us asking the question: What the f**k, January?   Moving on from the nightmare that was January, we chat about whether travelling to and living on Mars is viable and feasible, and consider the circumstances under which we would actually do it. Franco also has a rant about Elon Musk.   The episode concludes with this week's dating advice, which, as you know, has a 100% success rate if followed correctly.   Please, if you enjoy the episode, hit the subscribe button and give us a share!
In the very first episode of the year, we discuss the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of Parktown Boys' High School pupil, Enoch Mpianzi, and the negligent conduct by both the school and the facilitators of Nyati Lodge. We ask the ever so important question - will anyone be held to account?   We move on to chat about Prince Harry and Meghan withdrawing from the royal family to live a normal life in Canada, after which we touch on revenge porn and the consequences of sharing explicit images of a person without their consent.   Assisted suicide and the right to die is subsequently addressed, with some seriously contrasting opinions. To conclude, we tell you what not to do on a first date.   Please make sure to like, share and subscribe!
It has been one hell of a first season, and to wrap it up, we put on our Christmas hats and fill up our glasses. In this drunk finale, we recap the biggest news of 2019, both good and bad. We also discuss serial killers and try to understand why they do what they do.  During the second half of the episode, we chat about weird things that you will only find in South Africa, and for some reason, we play an impersonation game. Fines are also issued throughout the episode. Have a cracking festive season and be safe. Thank you for all the support so far; we will see you in the new year with season 2!
We are very excited to be back now that Mumpty Dumpty has recovered from his life threatening illness.    To make it up to you, we brought Rob, the sole survivor from Survivor South Africa: Island of Secrets, onto the show.      As can be expected, we try to find out everything that every fan has always wanted to know about the show. Franco also drops some news that will likely require your assistance.
The third episode of The Weekly Order is a bit less serious and features the super middleweight boxing champion, Rowan Campbell.   The guys get together to discuss boxing in South Africa and the very much anticipated fight between YouTubers, KSI and Logan Paul.  The boys completely change the direction of the episode in the second half by chatting about conspiracy theories and their validity.  To end off the episode, the guys' ability to lie is tested in a cheeky guessing game.  Make sure to check this one out, and subscribe to our channel to see more!
Our guest this week is the multi-talented singer, Tumi Tladi, who educates us on the music industry in South Africa and SABC's failure to pay artists their royalties.  We also discuss the recent incident which has blown up on social media involving the naughty behaviour between a high school teacher and a pupil at a top South African school.  To conclude the episode, we touch on the Nicholas Ninow matter and the lack of safety amongst females in our society.
In the inaugural episode of The Weekly Order (TWO), we sit down to discuss the unlawfulness of spanking your child in South Africa, genetically modified babies, and the dude who sued Red Bull for not giving him wings. We also touch on South African patriotism (or the lack thereof) and talk about why we, as a country, need to be more patriotic. Make sure to check out our Facebook (@theweeklyorder), Twitter (@TheWeeklyOrder) and Instagram (@theweeklyorder) page, as well as our website (www.theweeklyorder@gmail.com), for regular content.
