The Wellbeings (Dr O.G. Agbim & Dr Getaheadspace) discuss in the tail end of the first week of January the concept of resolutions and the importance of keeping them on track with your end goals and where possible being positive, rather than riding yourself of something. This is an unscripted podcast so sometimes important messages that we believe in can be lost in the natural flow of the conversation. With that being said both doctors on The Wellbeings are in support of stopping smoking & not binge/excessive alcohol drinking. The episode however is to shed light on making positive sounding goals rather than 'stop doing' goals. As always comment, share, engage.

DJ Bobutah from the Anchor podcast station does an impromptu remix for Dr Getaheadspace. Grateful & humbled. I'm a fan of hip hop & the culture that surrounds that genre, so I was excited to hear this! Creativity is a great outlet to assist in the expression & cultivation of wellbeing. Aside from that though, this remix was just dope! Stay well!
I'm a big believer in celebrating the small things without too much attachment/dependence. Myself & my 85 year old father are 'The Wellbeings', and for a few minutes we were the top 100 on the app (anchor) that showcases our show. We celebrated that & celebrated when a few minutes later we were top 500 again. Balance. Gratitude for it all. We will celebrate wherever we fall & that's part of a blueprint for a healthy life. Dr Getaheadspace does an episode thanking the podcast community for being so generous & willing to create & build on the idea of community. Also Dr Getaheadspace discusses the fact that Westernised medicine may to the lay individual more involved with the management of disease & how the fitness community & allied health professionals have been more successful in becoming synonymous with health & wellbeing. Many doctors are passionate about wellbeing, holistic health, & the idea that prevention is always better than cure. Dr Getaheadspace is trying to, along with her like minded colleagues, of which there are many, change the dialogue around health.
