This is a short Heart Math meditation that is excellent to use in times of stress. It quickly reduces stress and allows your heart to become more coherent. I usually use this meditation exercise with a group as we start a meeting. Doing this connects members of the group and brings heart rates into cohesion. Meetings then start in a connected, relaxed, less stressed atmosphere.
This file gives basic instructions and practice to meditating. Learn to meditate using either the breath or a mantra. Learn how to deal with the "mad Monky Mind" that is always there. Thoughts will always arise when meditating. Learn how to deal with them.
