Stop making yourself sick with non-action. Sometime doing nothing has bigger consequences that chasing your goal. Execute on what you want.
You should have a huge goal for something to shoot for it can be anything like losing 50-100 lbs or adding 100 lbs on your bench press. But does your work ethic, diet, rest and priority list match your ambitions?
