Psychiatrists see us in our most vulnerable moments. All of our problems and dysfunctions laid bare to a stranger. We hope that they keep our secrets and help us solve our problems. We place our inherent trust in them… but what if they used that knowledge against us for their own benefit? While you’re listening, go subscribe to The Shrink Next Door on Apple Podcastsor wherever you’re listening now!Click here!https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/id1459899275

This is the shit other podcast would call "from the vault", ours would be more like those lost french fries that fall between the seats of your creep van and you forget about them for a while, then you find them again....yea, slightly better than that. Ken & Barbie Killers, Eh?

Paul Bernardo and Karla Holmolka, were another fire and gasoline couple who both seemed in need of just a little shove in the right the direction, or in this case, the wrong one...obviously. In any case, they found that missing piece in each other, here are the masters of manipulation, the Ken & Barbie Killers. Oh, and they're Canadian....surry bout that.Speaker in Intro is Jordan Peterson(excerpts from his lecture were used.) https://www.jordanbpeterson.comOhMyGaia.com truecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear

Ken Rex McElroy was a man with a strange hold on the small town he grew up in. In a place where everyone knows everyone, you'd think a man would want keep his reputation clean, not McElroy. The crimes and atrocities he committed against his neighbors were acts of revenge for the wrong-doings he thought were done to him and his family. The line of what is "too far" becomes quite blurry in this case.  hellofresh.com/creeper80  OhMyGaia.com truecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear
Marjorie & Jay Orbin

Marjorie & Jay Orbin

Marjorie Orbin had it all, she lived a life of comfort and glamour as she traveled the world dancing and stealing men's hearts.  That is, until, she met Jay Orbin.  The man who gave her everything she wanted, including a son. Everything was going fine until their marriage hit a little speed bump and Jay's torso was found in the Arizona desert…then, naturally things got…complicated. OhMyGaia.com truecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear
Aaron Hernandez was a tight end in the National Football League. A productive player during his three seasons with the New England Patriots, his career came to an abrupt end after his arrest and initial conviction for the murder of Odin Lloyd, but that was just the tip of the iceberg, we thought we knew this story…we were mistaken. This is, without a doubt, one of the saddest sports tragedies in American history. TakeCareOf.com OhMyGaia.com truecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear
The Sultan of Smut

On Friday, Nov. 13, 1970, Michael Thevis slipped into his office early for an important meeting. With balding hair and a tidy goatee, the 38-year-old business owner looked like any other executive working in downtown Atlanta. His company headquarters spanned an entire city block of historic Marietta Street and commanded annual profits of $25 million—more than Hewlett-Packard or Hershey Foods. But Thevis wasn’t in computers or chocolate. He was in America’s hottest new commodity: pornography.  https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-scarface-of-sextruecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear
Katherine Mary Knight is the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. She was convicted for the murder of her partner, John Charles Thomas Price, in October 2001. Knight stabbed Price to death, skinned him, then put his skin on a meat hook and cooked his head and parts ofhis body with the intention of feeding them to his children…soooo, not a dinner episode, if you were wondering. truecrimeguys.comFacebookTwitter/Instagram: @TrueCrimeGuys @AndImMichaelPatreon.com/TrueCrimeGuysSTICKERSCREEPER MERCHCreeper Galaxy Gear

The constant terminology of "free-loaders" is fucking annoying. just because we don't want to pay to be apart of your pateron? How about thank the thousands of listener's who have listened episode after episode? I listen to dozens of podcast and yours is the only one that repeatedly makes a point to shame people into joining the pateron group.

If she didn't see things going that way, why bring the gun? If her reasoning was to take it for protection, then how is it ok that she took her son to a potentially deadly situation that may require a gun? If she just wanted to try turn this kid's life around, why do it at that moment? Nah, she was all fired up, and looking for payback. As a mother, your first job is to protect your children, not bring them with you and a gun for your personal vendetta. That's absurd. She should have either let it go or called the cops.

back in the 80's and I'm sure into the early 2000's Alaska may have been mostly unreachable via phones and internet. but, with sat phones/ many other new forms of technological advances Alaskans aren't as ignorant as you portray in this pod episodes. I enjoy your podcast and the way you typically show empathy for the victims of these heinous crimes I was just disappointed with the way you portrayed the victims in this case. keep creepin'!!
