Hello loves, a couple of years ago I felt this strong need for change and growth. Mostly because I didn't feel I was living life to my fullest potential. I wanted more from life and more for myself. I wanted to look more feminine and feel better. So I started my level-up journey.

Wondering how to unwind? “Taking care of yourself is productive”. I live by this quote because nothing is more important than giving your mind and body the love it deserves, especially after a stressful day. After a long day all your mind and body want is to relax and shut away from this crazy, busy world. Sometimes, it’s difficult to switch off, and that’s why I want to share 10 tips for relaxing after a stressful day.
We all know the tips and tricks to do in order to become more productive. Unfortunately, no one ever tells us what not to do if you want to be more productive. We often mistake ‘being busy’ for ‘being productive’ and of course you can be both, but being busy does not necessarily mean that you are productive as well.
