My guest today is Lewis Robling. Lewis has just completed 5, 5 day 250km Ultra marathons across the world, all in one year. The first man to ever do this. This week, I spoke to former US national security expert for the Pentagon Ashley Stahl. During Ashley's time working in counter terrorism for the United States Department of Defence, she was only in her only twenties. In this podcast I am joined by Natalie Costa. Natalie is a children's confidence coach, an author, a super tutor for BBC Bitesize and the creator of 'Power Thoughts'. Natalie's work is incredibly powerful and important, she teaches children that it is ok to fail and make a mistake. Often children can have high levels of anxiety when it comes to getting things wrong, which leads to low confidence and low self belief. What Natalie does is help children to develop their confidence, build resilience, adopt a can do attitude and help children tap into the power of their mind, as well as articulate their feelings. This was one of the most important podcasts I have done in the mental health space and discovering ways to help a young person with their confidence, mental health and overall well-being.  
My guest this week is Olympic Gold Medallist Amy Williams MBE. Amy won her Gold medal in the Vancouver 2010 winter Olympics, competing in the Skeleton Event. She is also the first GB athlete in 30 years to win a Gold Medal in a Winter Olympics, and the first female athlete achieve this for 58 years! This conversation was a really interesting insight into how important consistency, self belief and discipline is. This is an honest story on how you can become successful by showing up everyday, bringing your best and enduring the hard days. All while enjoying the journey and the lessons it has to offer. This week's guest is New Zealand Rugby 7's international Tyla Nathan-Wong. During the course of her career so far, she has won 6 world series titles, a commonwealth games gold medal, an Olympic silver medal and most recently an Olympic Gold medal in Tokyo. She was also named New Zealand Rugby Sevens player of the year in 2019 and is the second person ever to score 1000 world series points. This is a really interesting conversation with a world champion on what it takes to get the best out of yourself and create a world class team environment.
My guest today is my good friend Sam Jones. Sam is  Welsh Premiership rugby player who has represented Cardiff Blues A and been a part of the Wales Under 20's and Wales 7's training squads. But unfortunately injuries have prevented him from selection. I have known Sam a long time, and I have seen first hand the battles he's had to overcome with regards to injuries. But every time he comes back stronger, it takes a strong person to do that. This conversation will focus on how to overcome setbacks and not let your current situation stop you from moving forward.

Ben has had a really interesting route to becoming a Mindset coach, from suffering with depression, to being involved with the wrong crowd in his early twenties, these experiences prompted a change in him to search for more in his life and find his purpose.
