This week's guest is New Zealand Rugby 7's international Tyla Nathan-Wong.
During the course of her career so far, she has won 6 world series titles, a commonwealth games gold medal, an Olympic silver medal and most recently an Olympic Gold medal in Tokyo. She was also named New Zealand Rugby Sevens player of the year in 2019 and is the second person ever to score 1000 world series points.
This is a really interesting conversation with a world champion on what it takes to get the best out of yourself and create a world class team environment.
