What is your goal list looking like? Katie is full steam ahead, Judy reworked her goals and Sara is learning to come down  from the high stress of her last few months.
Why do we set goals? Katie talks through the new planner and traning nutrition vs. dieting. Sara talks energy boosters. 
And a little fun. Sorry about the rough start......
Goal setting? Do you give yourself a reward? A few book suggestions, The Thursday Murder Club and Musical Chairs. Katie's tri- training and Sara's school year is ramped up.
House work in a pandemic. Is the Boston Marathon a big enough goal for Sara? Katie has a tragedy with her planner.
Katie isn't sure she has organizational skills, but has a solid water bottle plan. Sara is still working on the goals for the year. Judy shares a story of how a special person in your life can be there for a very long time.
Struggling to find fun? We are too, what are you doing for fun? Katie is doing some at home dance classes. Focus, it's what the bracelet says Judy needs for 2021.

Apparently you can't be bad at Meditation. Sara takes some time to give us some good hints about meditation. Sara recommends Tara Brach, Yoga Niedra and Loving Kindness yoga. Try a guided body scan meditation. Katie talks time tracking. We look at our January and set some plans for February. This week's challenge, try one new thing. How about a yoga session.
