Walk and Blether

It's about raising awareness of Mental Health especially in Scotland as every day two people sadly take their own lives. The podcast will be Val, Chez and myself Richie talking on a weekly basis on what matters to us and what we hope and think can make a difference. Though mainly we will be focusing on Men's Mental Health as Men are still to this day reluctant to talk about their issues. If this podcast saves one life then it's been worthwhile.
