After a long delay, the Black Widow movie is finally here! Chris Lemchi and Chris Riley talk about their thoughts on this much anticipated movie. They go over what they like, the favorite and standout characters, thoughts on Taskmaster, and whether or not this movie came out too late. They also talk about the future of a Black Widow franchise and where they think characters like Florence Pugh's Yelena will go from here. From there, they move to the Loki series! Loki just aired its season finale and the boys have a discussion on the series. They give praise to the cast's performance, the twist and turns, and show some love for the new character that appears in the finale. "All things are possible" That's the motto from this week's guest. On this episode, Chris brings on actress and model Sierra Nowak. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Sierra talks about what it was like growing up in a small town. Her passion for acting began by watching the movies, The Wizard of Oz and the 10th Kingdom. From there, she start to make productions and local plays in her neighborhood. She continued her passion into middle and high school, which eventually led to going to USC. The two discuss her transition into LA, how hard it was to fit in, working several jobs while balancing school. They get into her early acting jobs, signing up for LA Casting and Central Casting, and how the Central Casting process was different back then. Sierra also talks about how she joined SAG after working the show Lucifer while working on another movie with Lifetime. Lastly, Sierra talks to Chris about her candle business called Sanctuary Candle Co. She mentions how she started this during the pandemic as a passion project, what people originally told her about essential oils and how she took that as challenge, and how her business grew through word of mouth. On this episode, Chris welcomes on actress, comedian, kickboxer and former WWE wrestler Anna Bogomazova aka Anya Zova! The two start off by talking about Anya's career as a kickboxer in Russia. She discusses getting her first loss and how she used that to motivate her to championship gold. From there, they go into how she moved to the US and signed with WWE. Anya recalls some of her memories with the company, including some of her earliest live matches, training with Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks, and  promo class with the late great Dusty Rhodes. During her wrestling days, Anya started to fall more and more in love with acting, so after leaving the company, she decided to pursue her acting dreams. After getting a commercial, she was eligible to join SAG and book an agent. She talks about how she was able to build a strong relationship with her agent which led to her getting on MacGyver and Brooklyn 99. Finally, Chris and Anya talk about how she got into comedy. She mentions how she's able to work a crowd during stand up shows and the comedians she watched to get inspiration from. She even recalls one of the first movies she watched on VHS(remember those!) She gets into some of her early days in theater, singing in plays, and the two discuss the difference in working in the medium of theater compared to film. She also talks about some of her first memories in LA, how "great" her first job was out, and if she considered leaving at all. From there, she gets into how she got into hosting. In this episode, Chris talks to Jenny all about her love of film. Growing up as a fan of Tim Burton, Jenny discusses her favorites movies from him and what in particular made those movies stood out. She gets into the first time she saw Nightmare Before Christmas, with a fun story of when she found out who the director was. From there, the two talk about her first trip to Japan.
