“I pour into so many other people, but I think I had forgotten to pour into me.” For the last year or so I thought I was doing fine. Sure, I had sleepless nights or more anxiety than I’d prefer…my skin was a little redder than I’d like.. but for the most part everything seemed basically ‘fine’. But when I got a chance to slow down for the summer, I began to reexamine my health and wellness. What I realized was that while I felt fine, I didn’t feel great. I made some changes this summer in regards to my health and wellness and I must say I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. Today I’ll share the shifts I made and what really is working for me in this season of life to feel my best.
