This has been a been a big discussion in the gym, and around the challenge. Yes its hard to build muscle as we age. But it can be done.
We're in a little 13 week challenge. Delayed gratification is a very important skill to develop when we're chasing any goals. We must learn to do the work and trust that the process will bring us results.
