I feel like God put this episode on for me to listen to after listening to Mel Robbins interview. As I sit here in tears because all of these Moms are me. My Son has struggled since age 3 from not eating, extreme sensitivity issues, hating school, him hating us for taking him to so many specialists and doctors. I needed this to feel like I'm not crazy for being the Mom that wants him in therapy and turning to meds after all these years. He is 14 now and it is mentally exhausting always trying to fight with him. Thank you Chalene for doing this podcast. I love you for always helping us through the hard in life and still trying to show up as my best self.

Felt like this in teaching. I taught private school for 10 years. Then moved to public school. And I felt like an imposter when they would use acronym lingo like CTE classes, DIP goals etc. I usually had to ask a colleague or use context to figure out what admin was talking about.
