The Amateur Therapy podcast is a self improvement and motivational podcast focused on creating a space for people to realize their power to be transparent, to heal and to live an abundant life. This is a space where we normalize having difficult conversations that are introspective and relatable. Listeners can expect topics such as mental health, life tips, relationships, self care, and trauma recovery to be discussed all in lighthearted, candid conversation. Episodes will be uploaded weekly, alternating between guest appearances and solo-shows by your host, Sydney J. Get ready to be real and be healed!

In this episode, Sydney J discusses five ways to go from VISUALIZING your dreams to ACTUALIZING your dreams. Seeing a common pattern of advice from mentors and other influential figures telling young adults and dreamers "WHAT" to do to achieve their goals(e.g. journal, dream big, manifest, etc), she noticed that advice was lacking the "HOW" aspect.
