In episode 94 our Therapist Dr Krysten Blackshear really breaks down for us what The Middle is all about - what it’s truly like being in a waiting season. She also answers questions like ‘What do we do while we wait for things to change or while we are in The Middle?’...... ‘How do we identify changes in our lives?’... Little do we know a lot of the things we are experiencing in The Middle is all a part of the process and we are right on track but we have no clue.
