We’re coming in hot with Episode 86!! It started out with our Therapist Krysten Blackshear providing us with more categories of trauma. We ended up parking the car when we got to the topic of rejection which is definitely a fruit of certain types of trauma. I know I say this often but you will need pen & paper for this one because Krysten walks us through how to heal from rejection  and there are some very important steps you will need to take note of - some of which you may not have heard before. There is one thing in particular that I think most of us miss which will be a game-changer for sure. Oh!
