Delusional people have higher levels of well-being—that is, happiness—than those who are not delusional.
Sometimes you have to be a little bit delusional to get what you want out of life. We have to start believing we can be anything we want out of life, and once we adopt that mindset the universe will align with the life we desire.

The expression "bloom where you're planted" means a person should take advantage of the opportunities they have in their life and be grateful for the present situation. Oftentimes, if you're unhappy with where you're at in life, you may struggle with this notion.

Why do we ask God why?
By asking "what?" instead of "why?," it puts God back on His throne. Asking "what?" suggests humility, trusting God. Asking "why?" suggests a hostility toward God's character, that He isn't really good or cannot really be trusted, or a belief that we know better than the Creator Himself.

A trigger, sometimes referred to as a stressor, is an action or situation that can lead to an adverse emotional reaction. In the context of mental illness, referring to triggers usually means something that has brought on or worsened symptoms.

From a very young age, women are raised to live up to unrealistic beauty standards put upon them by society. That is why people today can not see their own beauty because they are trying to conform into what society deems as beautiful.
This weeks episode is focusing on breaking free from the addiction of society and learning to be yourself and live the life you want to live without the pressures of keeping up with the jones. Many people risk their lives in the name of "beauty" all to impress people that aren't truly help with themselves. If you don't take anything else from this episode learn to accept how god created you because you are uniquely designed and trust there is always someone that wants to have what you have even if you don't think you are good enough or pretty enough someone else thinks different.
