However, if you are unable to do any of those meditative positions, then try lying down flat on your back (floor or bed) with a thin pillow under your head, knees are bent, and feet are flat on floor. The best hand, arm & finger positions: hands are relaxed on leg or lap faced upward with fingers slightly extended or arms mid chest height pretending you are holding a round big balloon in front of you with hands relaxed & fingers slightly extended.
