Our bodies remember. They carry stories—of pleasure, of shame, of longing, of silence. For many of us, sexuality is a place filled with confusion, pain, or disconnection. It’s also a place of immense potential for healing, reclamation, and truth. In this session, I will share from my personal journey of exploring sexuality—facing the shame I’ve carried, the difficulty of asking for what I want, the unmet expectations and resentments in my relationship, and the quiet voice inside that longs for freedom, safety, and connection.
