Nina’s embodiment of love is inspiring on so many levels. In the last coaching episode of the season, I work with someone from my community on how to: - Be both the holder and the one being held - How to use this to not drown in her own grief and the weight of heartache - How to somatically oscillate between both perspectives to help the crunchiness she was feeling in her heart and bring more fluidity, love and space back into her experience. This is a great episode if you want to master dual perspectives and work deeply in an energetic & somatic space in moments of intense emotion or inner critic thoughts.  –- Interested in getting mentored by Nadia? So many women share with me their experience of feeling used, taken advantage of and then tossed away. In this episode, which I was literally woken up to record (at 5am!), I explore: - The shadow of extraction that exists in our society today  - The way in which both men and women are contributing to keeping this energy alive. - And how the soil of our relationships is identical and fractal to the soil of the earth. If we want to create a truly sustainable and loving reciprocal relationship with the earth, we have to start with our individual relationships.  — Loving Transitions Event with Chris Bale & Nadia Munla Oct 7 @ 12pm EST  To register: https://www.awakenedintent.com/events/loving-transitions  Watching this after Oct 7? In this coaching episode, I coach a couple from my community who are struggling with how to structure quality time together in a way that honors the "me" and the "we". It is often in the smallest unconscious interactions that we play out power dynamics and childhood wounding and so we took the time in this episode to tease that out. We explore the layers in their dynamic and different ways to amplify the love and the desire in their relationship. This is my most potent + vulnerable solo podcast so far. Period. I take my personal journey from the year to share about a very universal Buddhist Spiritual lesson... that our suffering comes from our attachment. Some snapshots from the episode: - I explore how to source power in a space of total helplessness. - I dive into my relationship to "I Don't Know" and how my partner saying this used to DRIVE ME NUTS - and how I've landed on a deep love affair of "I don't know". - When is "control freak" a positive thing? - I read passages from "When Things Fall Apart" - I cry - I talk about my first trip to a Palestinian Refugee Camp + how it changed my life. - I talk about the moment I hit a financial milestone in my business and what happened next... So brew a cup of tea, pour a glass of wine, make yourself a mocktail and let's hang. — To get on the waitlist for the event with Chris: https://tinyurl.com/chrisnadiawaitlist -- For access to my self-study page, head to: http://nadiamunla.com/selfstudy Use code: PODCASTLOVE to get 50% off any of my digital products — To connect with me on IG: @nadiamunla For coaching/teaching/speaking inquiries: Email: info@nadiamunla.com

In this (very somatic-based) coaching episode, I coach someone in my community through a few embodiment exercises that helps her disarm the mechanism of “holding it all together” and instead work with evoking and sensing the support of the divine masculine. We explore: The difference between internal/external, human/divine, static/dynamic MASCULINE. We work with the belief “If I let go, I will be open to attack”. What to do when the protector stops protecting and starts hurting you. I share tools on how to tell when a somatic release exercise is stretching you past what’s healthy. If you find yourself internally clenching at times, this episode may provide a great somatic tool that you would otherwise only receive in private coaching with me! — For 1:1 work with me, head to the Erotic Edge page here. — For access to my self-study page, head to: http://nadiamunla.com/selfstudy Use code: PODCASTLOVE to get 50% off any of my digital products — To connect with Nadia on IG: @nadiamunla For coaching/teaching/speaking inquiries: Email: info@nadiamunla.com
Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. Rachel and I met skinny-dipping in Bali in 2015 and she has left an impression on me since! In this episode, we talk about the next frontier in trauma-informed facilitation as well as the opportunities & challenges of multiple beloveds and open relating.  We discuss: The challenge of asking individuals to be self-responsible when in a trauma response & how to create trauma-informed group settings. Rachel shares her experience of being in a polyamorous relationship while pregnant and how it affected her beliefs and priorities. We discuss open relationships and the challenges that come with it, including the need to slow down and build on successes I ask Rachel whether she believes some people have a natural propensity towards open relating, while others may need to work on healing past wounds. And so much more! This is a great episode to tune into if you are interesting in pursuing, or are already on the path of becoming an embodied facilitator or open relating.  — Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. She is a group facilitator extraordinaire, event producer, and a new mother. In 2014 she and Buster Radvik co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has become one of the most respected organizations globally that offers trainings and events focussed on intimacy, trauma, relational intelligence, somatic education and community. The work of Embodied Intimacy supports hundreds of people each year to come home to themselves, to their body and more regulated nervous systems, and become more of who they truly are.  Since 2019, Rachel has led the Belly2Belly Facilitator Training after her teacher and mentor, David Cates, passed the torch and CEO position for this work to her. Belly2Belly offers a simple and yet profoundly healing set of embodied and relational practices, which support people to learn to regulate their nervous systems in a way that can be transformational for their relationships. Rachel has single handedly produced and facilitates most of the events with her extraordinary superpowers in the field of event planning and depth in embodied leadership.  Rachel’s newest passion project launching this year is “The Field Facilitator Training.” This is a revolutionary new experiential learning environment for upcoming group facilitators who are passionate about creating fields of deep group-heart coherence and learning how to facilitate group soul emergence. This requires the development of radically new facilitation skills, such as learning to listen to the group field, collective surrender to the moment, as well as dynamic and fluid collective leadership to support the blossoming of the group soul that is longing to emerge in the space between us.  Simultaneously, Rachel has just taken on her biggest project to date as a community builder and visionary of Alma Do Solo. With her partner, Lennart Hennig, she has purchased property and is currently in the developmental and visionary phase of creating a regenerative land, and community eco-village on the Azores islands. Their intention is to give birth to an event and education center with a holistic relationship to death at its core.
