Do you know anybody who stutters or stammers? Imagine - you meet someone, and they ask you your name - and you want to answer, but everything stops for you - your mind is working, but you can not speak at all - that is what I experienced in my early life. This story is very emotional but truthful. I grew up with a choked-up voice - it was the hardest part of life, but it taught me lessons and gave me superpowers. This episode was difficult for me to record - I tried three times and cried so much - this is my 4th attempt. Growing up is not easy, but one must move forward. Isn't it? Basically, you start small - be consistent and persistent - the asana becomes easier and more comfortable - however choose a simple asana, a posture that is not too hard to begin with. ---
