Paul and his firm (Engineered Capital Gains Solutions) have garnered a lot of attention lately in the tax strategy space. Hunter Durham worked for one of the most profitable companies in the world, Facebook. Considered to be a "dream job" for many, but he was not satisfied. While starting his own Marketing Agency, came across entrepreneurship through acquisition, and boy did he go all in. Bill graduated from college and started working various odd jobs. After obtaining his education at Wharton, Saumil spent his time in consulting at Bain & Company. Then moved into Private Equity. These combined experiences led him to venture out and start his own fund, Feta Fund. Feta Fund invests capital into searchers who are acquiring companies. Currently a $10m Private Equity Fund.
