Connected Leaders Academy There was a time in my life when I couldn’t sit still. My mind was loud, and I was doing everything at once, being a student, running a business, caring for my kids, my home, and everyone around me. My body was exhausted, and my heart didn’t feel safe. I was living in constant masculine energy, building, providing, and surviving. Then meditation found me, and everything changed. For years I lived in survival mode, always giving and doing, until I started my healing journey. I had to release so much, unfinished emotions with my parents, limiting beliefs, cultural and religious expectations, and even reevaluate my marriage. Once I let go, I found freedom, confidence, and my true self. Meditation taught me to listen within, to take care of myself first, and to trust what I feel.
