Description

The HealtheSteps™ program is a healthy lifestyle program that has used a proprietary health coaching protocol to improve the health of many individuals over the past 5 years and is continuing to grow. Our group of Canadian researchers focus on getting folks to exercise more, sit less, and eat healthier - the 3 biggest factors that can lead to obesity, diabetes, and many other poor health outcomes. Because of our experiences in successfully delivering a health coaching program for the past 5 years, we have decided to create this podcast to talk about what we have learned in the areas of health coaching and living a healthy lifestyle - and trust us, over the past 5 or so years we have learned a lot.
