Bill and Venesia have a lot to say about speech! That is, speech under the First Amendment, specifically in Texas. SCOTUS recently had two oral arguments coming out of Texas regarding free speech rights: one regarding censures and the other about billboard signs. (Not exactly what you had in mind when thinking about the First Amendment, right?) Tune in to hear our thoughts on Houston Community College System v. Wilson and City of Austin, Texas v.
