This week, the Justices had a little fun contemplating how the criminal justice system should handle fictional characters such as Jean Valjean and centaurs. Bill and Venesia try to decipher the possible Fourth Amendment argument in Thompson v. Clark and the possible Eighth Amendment argument in U.S. v. Tsarnaev.
