Josie Coleman

Josie Coleman

2023-02-1701:09:42

Connect with Josie Coleman Josie fumbled her way through childhood as an ‘out of control’ healer. She exhausted herself trying to heal and manage everyone’s energy around her.  In her early 20s, due to a bout of Mono and the Epstein Barr Flare up that followed, she became ‘desperate’ enough to include Eastern medicine into her healing process. This alternative mind/body/soul restoration carried her through a career as a hairdresser, happily doing extra intuitive readings of her clients as well as styling their hair. After the death of her mother and due to a back injury, her Eastern medicine support introduced to her first intuitive, Liliana Barzola, at Lotus Lantern Healing Arts. Being completely ignorant as to what an ‘intuitive’ reading was, Josie was amazed at the relief and clarity she experienced. Feeling empowered, she dove into intuitive training classes at Lotus Lantern Healing Arts (now called the ABC Collective online); diligently driving hundreds of miles each week to hone her skills in an ethical way as well as learning to stay grounded on her own healing path.  After years of training (both at LLHA and with other wonderful teachers), she officially began her career as an intuitive. Over a decade later, she loves every day of this work. Her strengths vary, providing a list of healing options: one to one Intuitive Sessions, Animal Communication readings, Astrology and Space Clearings for your home or business (virtual or in person). Through sessions, classes and workshops she had gotten to know a diverse group of people from all over the world and enjoys being a support to those on their healing journey. Someone sent in the question "Can you talk about a time when you experienced a transformation?" (You can send Alexandra questions through email wokewsidompodcast@gmailcom or whatsapp text at 601.301.6974) Always transforming. Pulling back the layers so we can find out who we really are. We bear the wounds of those who were afraid to look into the dark and shadow. Transformation that helps us become who we really are is a sacred experience. Today we talk about transformations that allow embodiment of self as spirit manifested into human perception of self. _______________ Email: Wokewisdompodcast@gmail.com Please follow or like: Facebook: Woke Wisdom Podcast Instagram: @wokewisdompodcast Meet/Work with Alexandra Loves~Aya Iworiosa: www.themoongardentemple.com Original podcast music, "Morning Love" by Quincy Davis

Thoughts and Prayers

Thoughts and Prayers

2022-05-2654:28

I spent a few moments on the shooting in Buffalo and my nervous system went into overload, I did not have the capacity to bare it.  I barely have the capacity for engaging with this next one in Uvalde either. Especially since someone just told me that this was the 27th school shooting in the United States in 5 months.   I know that right now, in this phase in my life, the most important thing above all else is to protect and heal myself. But, that doesn’t change this immediate issue that humanity is having, especially here in this colony.  I can do something, right? I must, right? I also know that bearing the weight to the world on my shoulders is not sustainable or effective.  Even posting and creating this episode qualifies as ‘thoughts’ in  ‘thoughts and prayers.’ And though I know criticisms of saying “thoughts and prayers“ carry  far more weight when we are talking about lawmakers, corporations, and organizations that have liquid values and seem to support and create mental illness, toxic communities, and weapons of mass destruction… this post is still a ‘thought.’ I am clear that our destruction issues are not going to be fixed by our system or our communities IN THE WAY WE ARE ASKING right now. What I see people calling out for is love, dignity, respect, accountability, integrity with basic values; these are not the qualities of our governing systems, corporate systems, and certain communities with tremendous $ resources. If it  isn’t clear by now, our government at the core was not made to govern or support human beings in integrity with love and respect; it was made to categorize and capitalize what ever it can perceive. There is deeper work a critical mass of us must engage with if we want to see change periodt. So then what? I go to my altar and I cry, I express, I call out for answers and this is what came to me. You are invited to engage with what you resonate with in this message... ________________ Email: Wokewisdompodcast@gmail.com Please follow or like: Facebook: Woke Wisdom Podcast Instagram: @wokewisdompodcast Meet/Work with Alexandra Loves~Aya Iworiosa: www.themoongardentemple.com Original podcast music, "Morning Love" by Quincy Davis ___________________ Disclaimer and Copyright Claim The information in all podcast episodes and corresponding materials  of the Woke Wisdom Podcast With Alexandra Loves are provided for general  informational and explorative purposes only, it is not professional  advice.
