Krystin is a nurse and accomplished healthcare professional with nearly seven years of experience at Extendicare and its affiliated organizations. She began her career as a Personal Support Worker while completing nursing school, and quickly advanced through roles as a nurse, PSW supervisor, and now Clinical Manager. During her time at Extendicare, she played an integral role in the rebranding of Extendicare, contributing to the development of the company’s refreshed mission, vision, and values. As part of her current role, Krystin leads the nursing division at Placement Pass, overseeing clinical pre-placement document validation of students across Canada and ensuring alignment between industry standards and provincial best practices.
