Canopy Growth Corporation CGC - More than 28 million CGC shares have already been traded on Tuesday, surpassing the 100-day average of 13.1 million shares. Stock is up 5% premarket. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) released a letter on Sunday which stated that passing a marijuana banking bill is a goal of the upcoming summer work session.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. ATVI stock traded sharply higher on Tuesday after Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:MSFT) won a court permit to move forward with its $69 billion deal to buy Activision. The buying spree has seemed to slow down premarket however.

The Walt Disney Company DIS is exploring strategic options for its India digital and TV business, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Boeing Company BA - Setback For Bezos: Blue Origin's BE-4 Engine Explosion Causes Stir In Space Industry. The engine that exploded was expected to finish testing in July and then be shipped by Blue Origin to the United Launch Alliance for use on ULA’s second Vulcan rocket launch. ULA is the rocket-building 50-50 joint venture owned by Boeing (BA) and Lockheed Martin (LMT).
